The Industrial Summit is not just about the programme on stage. It is a day where the experience of people who run industrial companies every day, new contacts and business opportunities come together naturally.
19 personalities from manufacturing, logistics, technology and energy companies will take the stage. They will not talk about theories, but about concrete experience, proven practices and real projects that are changing Czech industry today.
From 7:45 we open registration and the Expo & Tech Zone, where morning coffee, a light breakfast and the first opportunities to get to know other attendees await you.

The first block of talks starts right after the opening of the main programme. It covers operational excellence, the role of finance, data, security and artificial intelligence — and what decides the competitiveness of manufacturing companies today.
Plenty of time to follow up on topics from the talks, meet the speakers, continue business discussions or visit the partner exhibitions.
The second morning block shows concrete projects: how companies connect systems and data, how they capture know-how and technical documentation, and what modern technology can do in operations, logistics and on the railway.
The morning block closes with a panel discussion focused on digitalisation, automation and the technological transformation of industrial companies. It will open up the use of artificial intelligence, data-driven manufacturing, automation and companies' experience with putting them into practice.

After the morning programme, the whole Summit moves to the Expo & Tech Zone, where the networking lunch begins.
This is not just a lunch. It is a space for making new business contacts, continuing discussions from the talks, meeting speakers in person and visiting the partner exhibitions.
You can schedule meetings in advance through Summit Connect, or use this time for spontaneous encounters with other attendees.
The afternoon block looks at where industry is heading: freight transport and alternative drivetrains, the modernisation of plants and energy, motion technologies — and how a factory can produce its own energy.
Room to pause, follow up on conversations already underway or arrange further meetings.
The professional programme closes with a panel discussion on the future of Czech industry. It will cover energy, logistics, infrastructure, technology, leadership and the challenges that will shape the competitiveness of industrial companies in the years ahead.

The stage programme ends, but the Summit does not. The Expo & Tech Zone and networking continue — the last big window to arrange a meeting, finish a conversation already underway or catch a speaker you did not reach during the day.
After the professional programme ends, the Summit continues with an informal afterparty and a hot buffet.
From 19:00 to 22:00 the evening networking opens in a relaxed atmosphere, while the Expo & Tech Zone stays open until 20:00. You can choose whether to continue at the partner exhibitions or move on to the afterparty.
It is an ideal opportunity to build on the meetings from the whole day, get to know speakers and partners in an informal setting, and turn new contacts into future cooperation.
The Expo & Tech Zone will be open from 7:45 to 20:00 and will be the main meeting place for attendees, partners and speakers throughout the day. Both coffee breaks and the networking lunch take place here.
Throughout the day you can also use Summit Connect — a platform for scheduling meetings, communicating with other attendees and making new contacts, both before the summit itself and during it.
